If we can complete this project on our own, why should God want to partner
with us? We need HIS help and yours. |

| Where
does the money go? NO funds given to this project are used for salaries or royalties. 100% of all donations go directly into this inter-agency and inter-denominational evangelical ministry. We operate out of our homes. Most of the equipment being used at this time belongs to the team members. We have no 'organizational' structure to support and minimal office expenses. Even our legal and financial services are donated by volunteers. All our board members serve at their own expense, without financial rewards. We are in the process of complying with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and our board has agreed to operate by their guidelines. We have a CPA on our team and will have outside yearly audits of our accounts. We are currently registered and incorporated with a fine board of directors and experienced ministry board. We have applied for our 501 (c) 3 status as a religious and non-profit agency for IRS purposes. As soon as this last step is complete, we will be able to accept funds in the name of Missions by Modem International. We do have another temporary process by which we can issue TAX DEDUCTIBLE RECEIPTS for contributions. Please contact us for details for more information.
