Option 1:
TOTALLY FREE: your application will be placed onto a waiting list. As God provides the resources, your CD will be sent to you. (Pending security checks)
Option 2:
Postage and handling pre-paid: With a $20 (US) advanced payment, your CD will be immediately shipped (as available) following application approval and security clearances. THERE ARE NO CHARGES ASSESSED FOR THE CONTENT or MATERIALS ON THE CD ITSELF. (The $20 covers all costs associated with the purchase of the materials, production of the CD, postage and handling, and costs for security checks, i.e. additional postages, e-mail services, phone calls, etc.)
Option 3:
As a contributor or networking partner, your CD will be sent to you FREE of ANY charges after contribution areas are stipulated.
